我国的证券交易市场上,常会由于个人、集团利益等因素出现内幕交易。因此,这样的不正当交易行为,严重的影响了我国的证券市场交易的健康发展。我们要通过研究分析我国证券市场存在的现有内幕交易形式、问题与手段等,并以此提出治理意见与建议。通过进行整改与完善证券市场的交易行为,尽最大努力将证券市场的健康交易引入轨道,全力的杜绝内幕交易事件的发生,以此保障其相投资者、企业等的利益。
China’s stock exchange market, often due to individual, group interests and other factors appear insider trading. Therefore, such unfair trading practices have seriously affected the healthy development of the securities market in our country. We should study and analyze the existing forms, problems and means of insider trading in the securities market in our country and put forward the opinions and suggestions on governance. Through the rectification and improvement of trading in the securities market, we will try our best to bring healthy transactions in the securities market to the track and spare no efforts in preventing the occurrence of insider trading so as to safeguard the interests of investors and enterprises.
