文章针对无锡地铁2号线车辆全自动车钩连挂故障现象,通过模拟正线连挂实况,对连挂电气控制信号高低位触点实况进行了测量分析,并就全自动车钩连挂可靠性对生产及车辆运用的重要性进行了探讨,从连挂流程操作、部件检修保养及零部件本身质量可靠性要求三方面提出了可行性建议,供地铁车辆维修公司参考。
In this paper, aiming at the phenomenon of fully automatic coupler hooking of vehicles in Wuxi Metro Line 2, by measuring the actual situation of the positive line connection, the real-time measurement and analysis of the level contact of the electric control signal is carried out. Production and the importance of using the vehicle were explored. The feasible suggestions were put forward from three aspects: the operation of the hanging process, the parts maintenance and the quality reliability requirements of the parts themselves, for the reference of the subway vehicle maintenance company.
