土建项目施工现场管理是影响工程施工质量、影响企业经济效益和社会效益的重要因素。但是由于土建工程施工中的不稳定因素很多,所以在当前的施工现场管理中还存在很多的问题,这些问题对施工现场管理造成了很大的困扰。本文提出通过提高全员的安全责任意识,加强施工过程的监督和制约,完善施工现场管理规范来确保现场施工顺利进行。
Civil engineering construction site management is affecting the quality of construction, affecting the economic and social benefits of an important factor. However, due to many unstable factors in civil engineering construction, there are still many problems in the current construction site management, which have caused a great disturbance to construction site management. This paper proposes to improve the supervision of the construction process by improving the sense of safety responsibilities of all staffs and perfecting the construction site management practices to ensure the smooth construction of the site.
