本文报告ATG治疗16例严重型再障(包括13例急性再障)的结果。有效率50％,治愈缓解率25％,1年生存率40％,与我们用ATG以前比较,疗效明显提高。本文指出:ATG对改善急性再障的预后有重要意义;ATG的疗效与病情有密切关系;ATG与FLI合用疗效较好;ATG适用于缺乏骨髓供体的严重型再障;ATG治疗前后1月内RC、PMN、LC绝对值、E-RFC％的变化,对估计临床疗效有实用价值。
This article reports the results of ATG in the treatment of 16 cases of severe aplastic anemia (including 13 cases of acute aplastic anemia). Effective rate of 50%, cure remission rate of 25%, 1-year survival rate of 40%, compared with our previous ATG, the effect was significantly improved. This article points out: ATG is of great significance to improve the prognosis of acute aplastic anemia; the curative effect of ATG is closely related to the disease; ATG and FLI combined with better curative effect; ATG is suitable for severe aplastic anemia without bone marrow donor; The changes of absolute value of RC, PMN, LC and E-RFC% have practical value in estimating clinical efficacy.
