在含血清培养基中,垂体瘤细胞分泌生长激素(GH)受激素调节。已知,三碘甲腺原氨酸(T_3)引起血 GH_1细胞分泌 GH。同时,GH_1细胞及几种其他大鼠垂体株在糖皮质类固醇作用下分泌 GH,类而固醇激素影响 GH 分泌时需要甲状腺激素。本文作者研究了在无血清限铁的条件下,T_3、阿朴转铁蛋白(apoTf)和地塞米松对 GH_1细胞 In serum-containing media, pituitary tumor cells secrete growth hormone (GH) regulated by hormones.
