The experimental work was done on the HI-13 Tandem Accelerator of China Institute of Atomic Energy. The high-spin states of the 176Os nuclei reside in the heavy-ion fusion evaporative reaction of 152Sm (28Si, 4n) 176Os with a beam energy of 140 MeV.
