随着特区旅游办公环境的网络化,旅游行业员工的计算机技能要求越来越高,为此,作者提出在互联网云资源环境下,构建全新的旅游行业员工在岗培训的自主学习模式。阐明特区旅游员工计算机学习模式构建的理论基础和基本策略,具体内容,指出存在的问题与对策。依此,构建的特区旅游从业人员的计算机动态学习模式,使学习者在云环境下的学习过程中迅速融合所学知识并运用到具体的旅游管理工作中,提高旅游管理效率,促进旅游经济结构升级。
With the network of tourist office environment in the SAR, the computer skills of travel industry employees are getting higher and higher. To this end, the author proposes a new autonomous learning mode of on-the-job training of employees in the tourism industry under the environment of Internet cloud resources. Elaborated the theoretical basis and basic strategy, the concrete content of the construction of computer learning mode for traveling staff in the special economic zone and pointed out the existing problems and countermeasures. In this way, the dynamic mode of computer learning for tourism professionals in the SEZs is constructed so that learners can quickly integrate their knowledge and apply them to specific tourism management work in the learning process of cloud environment, improve the efficiency of tourism management and promote the structure of tourism economy upgrade.
