卫生部不久前通报了今年我国熟肉制品国家卫生监督抽检情况:抽检的788份熟肉制品中,640份合格,不合格的148份,抽样合格率为81.2%。卫生部组织北京、黑龙江、内蒙古、河南、湖北和宁夏等地的卫生行政部门对生产企业、市售及餐饮业的熟肉制品进行了卫生安全指标抽检。结果显示:不合格的148份熟肉制品中,有136份熟肉制品微生物指标超过
Not long ago, the Ministry of Health informed the national sanitary supervision sampling on cooked meat products in China this year. Among the 788 cooked meat products sampled, there were 640 qualified and unqualified 148, and the sampling pass rate was 81.2%. The Ministry of Health has organized the health administrative departments in Beijing, Heilongjiang, Inner Mongolia, Henan, Hubei and Ningxia to conduct sampling on the hygiene and safety indexes of the cooked meat products of the manufacturing enterprises, the commercial market and the catering industry.
