50C2VA钢制软轴是航空用发电机和发动机扭矩传递的重要联接件。调质处理,表面加工光度▽_(70)在外场使用中曾数次出现折断事故。由此对折断软轴进行了失效分析。针对软轴折断具有低应力高循坏疲劳损伤和疲劳源于表面的特点,对软轴采用了表面喷丸强化处理。试验结果,喷丸的疲劳强度为78公斤力/毫米~2,而未喷丸的为70公斤力/毫米~2,提高了8公斤力/毫米~2.若按在同一应力水平下的疲劳寿命计算,喷丸的=2.5×10~6次,而未喷丸的=1.20×10~5次,提高了一个数量级。本文介绍了折断软轴的断口分析,喷丸工艺及其强化机制的实验结果和疲劳试验结果。
