从原料的角度分析了电解铝所用的氧化铝、氟化铝、阳极覆盖料、炭阳极中杂质含量对铝液质量的影响。通过跟踪这4种原料中Si、Fe杂质元素的迁移、转化和富集,研究了其对铝液中Si、Fe含量的影响大小。结果表明,这4种原料所造成铝液中Si、Fe的增加值最大分别为55.67%和62.15%。可以通过控制原材料质量、净化阳极覆盖料、提高炭阳极质量及优化电解生产工艺技术参数等来提升铝液质量。
From the perspective of raw materials, the effects of aluminum, aluminum fluoride, anode covering material and carbon anode impurity content on aluminum liquid quality are analyzed. By tracking the migration, conversion and enrichment of Si and Fe impurity elements in the four raw materials, the influence of Si, Fe on the content of Si and Fe in molten aluminum was studied. The results showed that the added value of Si and Fe in molten aluminum caused by these four kinds of raw materials were 55.67% and 62.15% respectively. The quality of molten aluminum can be improved by controlling the quality of raw materials, purifying the anode covering material, improving the carbon anode quality and optimizing the technical parameters of electrolytic production process.
