一、改革传统冷却设备的必要性陶粒工业是一门新兴的工业,其生产设备大多从其它工业部门移植而来。例如,冷却设备就是从水泥、耐火材料等工业部门移植来的。这些设备都存在不同程度的缺陷,往往不能适应陶粒冷却工艺的需要。单筒冷却机使用得比较普遍。它的缺点是:陶粒接触空气的表面小,冷却空气量小,因而冷却效率低,出料温度高;陶粒冷却不均匀;体积庞大,笨重,不易制造,价格昂贵;加料端容易漏料,需经常清理。
