经~(60)Co-r线800rad一次全身照射大鼠24小时后,小肠粘膜AKP和5′-N活性降低均非常显著(P<0.001),血清AKP活性改变不明显。血清5′-N活性则显著增高(P<0.05)。肠粘膜AKP与5′-N都是质膜上外酶,在对辐射敏感性上表现出相似的敏感性。射线致使肠粘膜AKP活性降低,可能作用于AKP活性中心上的-SH使之氧化,也可能抑制酶的合成。辐射致使肠粘膜AKP和5′-N活性降低,可能影响肠道对营养物质的吸收,以及可能引起腺苷酸环化酶的激活受阻。
After a total body irradiation of 800rad on ~ (60) Co-r line for 24 hours, the activities of AKP and 5’-N in intestinal mucosa were all significantly decreased (P <0.001), and the changes of serum AKP activity were not obvious. Serum 5’-N activity was significantly increased (P <0.05). Both intestinal mucosal AKP and 5’-N are extracellular plasma membrane enzymes that exhibit similar sensitivity to radiosensitivity. Ray causes intestinal mucosal AKP activity decreased, may act on the active center of AKP-SH to oxidation, may also inhibit enzyme synthesis. Radiation causes a decrease in intestinal mucosal AKP and 5’-N activity, which may affect the intestinal absorption of nutrients and may block the activation of adenylate cyclase.
