通过测定葫芦岛海滨常见6种海洋生物体内Cr、Ni、Zn、Cu、Cd和Pb的含量,并与国内其他地区同类生物中的金属含量进行比较,评价了采样物种污染程度。在此基础上,以日摄食量(DI)、目标危害系数(THQ)和目标致癌系数(TR)为考量指标,分别评价了当地居民中成人和儿童摄食此类海产品可能导致的健康风险。结果表明:葫芦岛海滨常见海产品体内重金属平均含量顺序为Zn>Cu>Ni>Cd>Cr>Pb,脉红螺(Rapana venosa)和短滨螺(Littorina brevicula)体内Cd污染较为严重,鮻(Liza carinatus)受到了Zn的污染,紫贻贝(Mytilus galloprovincialis)、海带(Ulvaceae)和日本蟳(Charybdis japonica)体内的重金属含量则低于相关的污染评价标准;对于Cd而言,摄食短滨螺、紫贻贝和脉红螺的DI值大于参考值(1μg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1)),THQ值均大于1,最大可达到7.4;对Pb来说,居民食用海带、短滨螺和脉红螺后的TR值高于可接受水平(>10~(-6))。本研究中所调查的部分生物受到了不同程度的重金属污染,当地居民长期食用此类海产品存在潜在的健康风险,其中成人受危害的程度高于儿童,Cd和Pb的摄食风险尤其应当受到重视。
The levels of Cr, Ni, Zn, Cu, Cd and Pb in six marine organisms commonly found on the coast of Huludao Island were determined and compared with the metal contents of other similar organisms in other areas of China. The pollution degree of sampled species was evaluated. Based on this, the health risks caused by the intake of such seafood by adults and children of local residents were evaluated respectively based on DI, THQ and TR. The results showed that the average contents of heavy metals in the common seafoods on the coast of Huludao were Zn> Cu> Ni> Cd> Cr> Pb, while the Cd pollution in Rapana venosa and Littorina brevicula was more serious Liza carinatus was polluted by Zn, while heavy metal contents in Mytilus galloprovincialis, Ulvaceae and Charybdis japonica were lower than the related pollution evaluation criteria; for Cd, , And the DI value of purple mussel and red snail was greater than the reference value (1μg · kg -1 -1 · d -1). The THQ values were all greater than 1 and the maximum value reached 7.4. For Pb, the residents consumed TR values were higher than acceptable levels (> 10 ~ (-6)) after kelp, short snail and red snail. Some of the organisms investigated in this study have been polluted by heavy metals to varying degrees. Potential health risks exist for long-term consumption of such seafood by local residents, among which adults are harmed more than children. In particular, the risk of food intake of Cd and Pb should be taken seriously .
