HS脱碳脱硫技术是南化公司研究院最新研制的专利技术。该技术具有独特的脱碳脱疏(包括脱除有机硫)效果。现结合我厂的应用情况将该技术介绍如下: 1、HS技术的特点 HS净化是一种湿法净化酸性气体工艺,目前已工业应用的溶剂为HS—Ⅰ型,是以碳酸丙烯酯为主体溶剂加入一定量的特殊添加剂组成。该技术经实验室试验、中试以及工业运行证明具有以下特点:
