技术寻求型对外直接投资(ODI)是一种战略性投资,具有高投入、高风险、高收益的特点。投资的受体主要集中较高技术水平和产业水平的国家和地区。本文构建产业结构高级化与合理化的相关指标,从产业层面对我国技术寻求型对外直接投资对国内产业结构及发展状况的影响进行了实证分析,研究结果表明,技术寻求型ODI与产业结构的合理化无明显相关性,与产业结构的高级化有较强的相关性。
Technology-seeking foreign direct investment (ODI) is a strategic investment with high investment, high risk and high yield. The recipients of investment mainly focus on countries and regions with higher technical level and industry level. This paper constructs the related indicators of the industrialization and rationalization of industrial structure, and analyzes the impact of technology-seeking OFDI on the industrial structure and development in China from the industrial level. The results show that the technology-seeking ODI and the rationalization of industrial structure No obvious correlation, and has a strong correlation with the advanced industrial structure.
