当下,农民工代际间文化生活已悄然发生变化,正从“文化自发”转向“文化自觉”。新生代农民工对文化的渴求已上升到一个新阶段,已意识到自身文化素质已不能满足企业、城市社会对高素质人才的需求,这是一种文化上的自省、自觉,也是农民工市民化的必然要求。而新生代农民工的边缘化现状严重压抑了他们的文化自觉行为,其文化自觉行为面临文化资本短缺、自组织平台缺失、文化实践缺位以及尴尬的文化环境等诸多现实困境。为此,需在农民工文化资本、农民工发展权、社会文化环境、公共文化服务体系、社会主义核心价值观、社会支持网络等方面着手,以引导和培养农民工文化自觉。
Nowadays, the cultural life of migrant workers has changed quietly from generation to generation, from “spontaneous” to “cultural conscious.” The new-generation migrant workers’ desire for culture has risen to a new stage. They have realized that their own cultural qualities can no longer meet the demand of high-quality personnel from enterprises and urban communities. This is a cultural self-examination and self-awareness. The inevitable requirement of The marginalization of the new generation of migrant workers seriously depressed their cultural behavior, and their cultural behavior is confronted with many realities such as lack of cultural capital, lack of self-organization platform, lack of cultural practice and awkward cultural environment. Therefore, it is necessary to start with the cultural capital of migrant workers, the right of migrant workers to develop, the social and cultural environment, the public cultural service system, the core values of socialism and the social support network to guide and cultivate the cultural awareness of migrant workers.
