已知初生期注射谷氨酸钠(MSG)可引起大鼠下丘脑弓状核严重损毁。本研究证实,雄性大鼠生后2及4日经腹腔注射MSG(4mg/每g体重),成年后生殖内分泌出现明显改变。体重、垂体和睾丸重下降。血清LH和FSH水平降低。血清和尿中睾丸酮及垂体cAMP趋于下降,而睾丸组织中cAMP含量未见改变。实验结果表明:下丘脑弓状核与LHRH释放有密切关系,是调控生殖内分泌功能的重要部位。
It is known that the initial injection of sodium glutamate (MSG) can cause severe damage to the hypothalamic arcuate nucleus in rats. This study confirmed that MSG (4 mg/g body weight) was injected intraperitoneally on the 2nd and 4th days after birth in male rats, and that reproductive endocrinology changed significantly in adulthood. Weight, pituitary and testicular weight decreased. Serum LH and FSH levels decreased. Serum and urine testosterone and pituitary cAMP tend to decrease, while testicular tissue cAMP content did not change. The experimental results show that the hypothalamic arcuate nucleus is closely related to the release of LHRH and is an important part of regulating reproductive and endocrine function.
