目的探讨经直肠超声引导下前列腺穿刺活检在早期前列腺癌方面的意义。方法对36例可疑前列腺癌患者,在超声引导下,经直肠前列腺多点穿刺活检。结果本组14例确诊为前列腺癌,所有接受穿刺的患者无1例出现严重的并发症。结论经直肠超声引导下前列腺穿刺活检是一种安全的方法,有助于提高前列腺癌的早期诊断率。
Objective To investigate the significance of transrectal ultrasound-guided prostate biopsy in early stage of prostate cancer. Methods 36 cases of suspected prostate cancer patients under ultrasound guidance, transrectal prostate biopsy. Results The group of 14 patients diagnosed as prostate cancer, all patients undergoing puncture in 1 case of serious complications. Conclusion Transrectal ultrasound-guided prostate biopsy is a safe method to improve the early diagnosis rate of prostate cancer.
