中国共产党历来重视文化建设。民主革命时期,党就制定了新民主主义文化的理论、方针、政策,促进了革命根据地的文化建设。新中国成立后,党又就如何建设社会主义文化进行了艰辛探索,取得了重要成果。改革开放以来,党先后制定了关于社会主义文化建设的三个决议,提出了社会主义文化建设的正确方针政策,开辟了中国特色社会主义文化建设道路,取得了文化建设的巨大成就。
The Communist Party of China has always attached importance to cultural construction. During the democratic revolution, the party formulated the theories, guidelines and policies of the new democratic culture and promoted the cultural construction of the revolutionary base areas. After the founding of new China, the party conducted an arduous exploration on how to build a socialist culture and achieved important results. Since the reform and opening up, the party has successively formulated three resolutions on the socialist cultural construction, put forward the correct guidelines and policies for socialist cultural construction, opened up the path of building socialism with Chinese characteristics and achieved tremendous achievements in cultural construction.
