中华民族核心价值观是多民族价值观的集中体现。在民族地区,多元文化冲击下民族文化的发展带动民族核心价值观的改变,而民族核心价值观的改变又促进了民族文化的发展,两者互相补充、共同发展。在全球文化多元化和经济一体化的形势下,优秀的民族文化所产生的民族向心力和凝聚力对民族地区核心价值观的作用是长期而深远的,这种长效机制的作用效果表现在民族地区的稳定、统一、和谐发展上。在塔吉克族文化发展过程中,长期以来多元文化的交流与融合造就了塔吉克族特有的音乐文化,它的形成发展对该民族价值观、民族心理、社会稳定直接的影响,以及如何促成塔吉克族民族认同的价值取向的变化的。通过塔吉克族音乐文化变迁分析,研究在多元文化冲突下,少数民族国家认同价值取向的形成过程,探求民族文化发展与民族价值观形成的作用机制。
