本文报道了一台用于换热器低温性能实验,采用液氮预冷,带单阀膨胀机的30K 低温氦制冷实验装置。它采用真空冷箱式(Cold Box)结构,低温部分和实验换热器均处于真空中。当膨胀机进气温度为53.8K,排气温度为26.7K,其最高绝热效率为67.8%。在气体流量为60M~3/时时,实测制冷量为104W,真空罩内真空度为6.5×10~(-6)乇。它可满足液氢温度级的低温实验。若增加低温级的流程,它也可成为一种小型4.2~20K 制冷装置。
This paper reports a 30K low-temperature helium refrigeration experiment device for low-temperature performance test of heat exchanger, pre-cooling with liquid nitrogen and single-valve expander. It uses a vacuum cold box (Cold Box) structure, the cryogenic section and the experimental heat exchanger are in a vacuum. When the expander inlet temperature is 53.8K, the exhaust temperature is 26.7K, the maximum adiabatic efficiency is 67.8%. The measured cooling capacity was 104 W at a gas flow rate of 60 M ~ 3 / h, and the degree of vacuum in the vacuum hood was 6.5 × 10 -6 Torr. It can meet the liquid temperature hydrogen level of low temperature experiments. If you increase the process of low temperature level, it can also become a small 4.2 ~ 20K refrigeration unit.
