在当前全面推进学校素质教育过程中,如何体现邓小平教育思想指导地位?这是一个值得的课题。回顾实践,我们的体会是:一、推进学校素质教育的导向点——必须以“三个面向”为指针,以培育“四有新人”为宗旨,明确学校教师队伍的素质目标“三个面向”理论告诉我们,当代人要具有直面现实、迎接挑战的胆识和智慧;“四有新人”理论告诉我们,人的素质要全面发展,才能适应时代的发展。两者的共性、核心便是人的素质的提高。全面推进素质教育要求我们,“只有高素质的教师,才能培养高素质的学生”。
