住宅建设与千家万户息息相关,它关系到每个居民的切身利益。住宅建设和国家,社会关系,它影响着国家的发展和社会的稳定。住宅小区规划设计最终是为人们提供一个良好的环境,以实现个人和社会活动,以便人们能更好地。因此,为适应和满足人民的需求是住宅区规划设计的基本要求。在住宅区规划设计,积极推进“以人为核心”的设计观念和“可持续发展”方针,通过规划和设计创新,创造了一个当地的特点,设备完善和达到21世纪居住标准的居住环境,从而使中国住宅建筑技术获得整体的提高。
The construction of housing is closely linked with thousands of households and it has an immediate bearing on the vital interests of every resident. Residential construction and state, social relations, it affects the development of the country and social stability.
