在迅猛发展的国内网络传播环境下,传统意义上的纪检工作,无疑将面临更多源于网络的新挑战。近年来,知情人或检举人绕开纪检部门和检察机关,通过网络途径直接公开发布和传播所掌握情况的情形屡见不鲜,并在数量上呈逐渐增加的趋势。一个普通人,即便以目前最为普及和常见的邮件服务,都可以在一段不长的时间内完成针对特定对象的特定信息发布。而目前的纪检工作却长期缺乏适当应对手段与策略,工作水平大大脱节于时代发展步伐。
In the rapidly developing environment of domestic network communication, the discipline inspection in the traditional sense will undoubtedly face more new challenges arising from the Internet. In recent years, it is not uncommon for the insiders and prosecutors to circumvent the discipline inspection departments and procuratorial organs and directly disclose and disseminate the information they have acquired through the Internet. The number is gradually increasing. An average person, even with the most popular and common mail services so far, can deliver specific information-specific announcements in a matter of a short period of time. However, the current discipline inspection work has lacks the appropriate coping strategies and tactics for a long time, and the work level is greatly disconnected from the pace of development of the times.
