依据Mn18Cr18N护环钢的热力学模拟试验所进行的热变形微观组织研究,列举出几种典型锻造规范和变形机制。试样在不同温度下热压变形,产生的微观破坏的极限变形值为:850℃39%,950℃46%,1050℃53%,1100℃40%,1230℃47%。
According to the thermal deformation microstructure of the Mn18Cr18N retaining ring steel thermomechanical simulation test, several typical forging specifications and deformation mechanisms are listed. The specimens were hot-pressed at different temperatures. The ultimate deformation values of microscopic damage were as follows: 850 ℃ -39%, 950 ℃ -46%, 1050 ℃ -53%, 1100 ℃ -40%, 1230 ℃ -47%.
