美国人曾做过这么一项实验:第一组学生在20天内每天练习实际投篮20分钟,并把第一天和最后一天的成绩记录下来。第二组学生记录下第一天和最后一天的成绩,但在此期间不做任何练习。第三组学生记录下第一天的成绩,然后每天花20分钟做想象中的投篮。如果投篮不中时,他们便在想象中做出相应的纠正。实验结果可能把你吓一跳:第一组进球增加了24%;第二组因为没有练习,毫无进步;第三组每天想象练20分钟,进球增加26%。
Americans have done such an experiment: the first group of students practice the actual shooting 20 minutes a day in 20 days, and the first day and the last day of the record. The second group of students recorded their first and last day’s grades, but did not do any exercises during this period. A third group of students recorded their first day’s grade and then spent 20 minutes a day doing the imaginary shots. If they do not shoot, they make the appropriate corrections in their imagination. The results may surprise you: the first set of goals increased by 24%; the second set did not improve because there was no practice; the third group practiced 20 minutes per day and the goal was increased by 26%.
