针对传统的信号处理中采用基于高斯分布与二阶统计量的方法会受到对信号噪声模型假设的限制,提出了非高斯分数低阶噪声理论与通信信号处理等领域的实际问题密切结合,改造现有的信号处理中的频域相关处理技术。本文介绍了α稳定分布模型与分数低阶矩理论,分析和总结了传统的信号处理方法在通信中的应用以及其极限性,对下一步的研究进行了总结与展望,分析了基于频域的分数阶噪声在通信中的应用前景。
