国际强行法与国际条约是国际法普遍规则的重要组成部分,二者间存在着辩证逻辑联系。本文从二者相互关系的一个角度,揭示出它们如何在国际法规则中结合并发挥作用,分析论证它们之间存在何种紧密的内在联系。
International jus cogens and international treaties are important components of the universal rules of international law. There is a dialectical and logical connection between the two. From a perspective of the interrelationship between the two, this article reveals how they combine and function in the rules of international law, and analyze and prove the close internal relations between them.
