利用微波处理乙二醇钛前驱体球,制备出锐钛矿型二氧化钛多孔球,采用XRD、HRTEM和SEM等手段对二氧化钛球进行表征,并对二氧化钛多孔球的制备机理进行了探讨。结果表明:微波处理有利于二氧化钛多孔结构的形成和纳米粒子的晶化,从而获得由锐钛矿型纳米晶组成的二氧化钛多孔球,其形成机制主要是由于微波处理过程中乙二醇钛前驱体球原位发生了水解、聚合反应。
The anatase titanium dioxide porous spheres were prepared by microwave treatment of titanium glycol precursor sphere. The titanium dioxide spheres were characterized by XRD, HRTEM and SEM. The preparation mechanism of titanium dioxide porous spheres was also discussed. The results show that the microwave treatment is beneficial to the formation of porous structure of titanium dioxide and the crystallization of nanoparticles. The porous titanium dioxide composed of anatase nanocrystals is obtained by microwave treatment. The formation mechanism of titanium dioxide is mainly due to the formation of titanium dioxide precursors The ball occurred in situ hydrolysis, polymerization.
