阐明了实施高速公路施工企业信息化管理的必要性,分析信息化管理的功能需求,以及实现功能所需的系统构架;结合实际的高速公路建设信息化管理,分析系统的模块组成、模块功能和模块实现;合理地设计并建立了施工企业信息化管理系统,实现对成本、工程质量、人力资源、财务和办公自动化的信息化管理和应用。实际应用表明,信息化管理系统运行经济、性能稳定,对保障高速公路工程质量、提高建设管理水平和降低企业建设成本起到十分重要的作用。
