目的:研究不同透皮促进剂对雪上一枝蒿中有效成分雪上一枝蒿甲素体外经皮渗透的影响,筛选有效的透皮吸收促进剂。方法:采用Franz扩散池,用生理盐水作为接收液,以硝酸纤维素膜为屏障,以稳态渗透速率(Jss)、渗透系数(Kp)及增渗倍数(ER)为考察指标,考察药物浓度对渗透的影响及不同促渗剂对雪上一枝蒿甲素经皮吸收的促进作用。结果:随着药物浓度的增加,累积渗透率呈升高趋势。薄荷脑、冰片、氮酮三种促渗剂均可不同程度地促进雪上一枝蒿甲素的透皮吸收,但薄荷脑的促渗效果最好,且呈浓度依赖性。结论:不同促渗剂对雪上一枝蒿的渗透均具有一定的促渗效果,且促渗效果与促渗剂浓度有一定关系,此研究为雪上一枝蒿制剂的合理配伍及透皮制剂的开发研究奠定基础。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of different transdermal enhancers on the transdermal penetration of artemisinin in vitro on the active ingredients of Artemisia selengensis and to screen the effective transdermal absorption enhancers. Methods: Franz diffusion cells were used. The saline solution was used as the receiving solution and the nitrocellulose membrane was used as the barrier. The steady-state permeation rate (Jss), osmotic coefficient (Kp) On infiltration and the promotion effect of different penetration enhancers on percutaneous absorption of Artemisia argyi on snow. Results: The cumulative permeability increased with the increase of drug concentration. Menthol, borneol, azone three kinds of penetration enhancers can promote the transdermal absorption of a branch of Artemether snow, but the menthol effect is the best, and in a concentration-dependent manner. CONCLUSION: The different penetration enhancers have a certain effect of promoting infiltration of Artemisia selengensis, and the effect of promoting penetration is related to the concentration of penetration enhancer. This research is the reasonable compatibility of transdermal Artemisia selengensis and the development of transdermal preparation Lay the foundation.
