顶岗实习的核心利益方是学生和企业,企业和学生需求之间的平衡是顶岗实习工作成功的决定因素。企业在满足学生需求的同时,必须满足自身的需求。对人力资源的需求是企业在顶岗实习工作中最重要的需求,而学生则急需实习岗位和工作机会。本文的调研数据和比较研究都有相似的结论,把握住两者需求的平衡,是顶岗实习工作成功的保证。
The core interests of internships are students and businesses, and the balance between business and student needs is a determining factor in the success of internships. Enterprises to meet the needs of students at the same time, we must meet their own needs. The demand for human resources is the most important demand for job internships in companies, while students are in urgent need of internship and job opportunities. The research data and comparative studies in this paper all have similar conclusions. Grasping the balance between the two needs is a guarantee of successful internship.
