目的研究在鼻骨骨折诊断中多层螺旋(MSCT)CT及三维容积重建(VR)技术的临床应用。方法选取40例鼻外伤患者进行直接数字化摄影(DR)及MSCT扫描与VR检查,分析其影像资料。结果40例鼻骨外伤患者中,8例DR未发现骨折,MSCT均能清楚显示,其中单纯性骨折29例,粉碎性骨折6例,复合型骨折5例。VR重建显示不伴有移位的单纯性骨折33处,伴有移位的线性骨折10处,复合型骨折8处,粉碎性骨折9处。结论MSCT可明确鼻骨骨折的类型、范围和程度,并为临床诊断及司法鉴定提供可靠依据。
Objective To study the clinical application of multi-slice spiral CT (three-dimensional reconstruction) and three-dimensional volume reconstruction (VR) in the diagnosis of nasal bone fracture. Methods Forty patients with nasal trauma were selected for direct digital photography (DR), MSCT scan and VR examination, and their imaging data were analyzed. Results Among the 40 cases of nasal trauma patients, 8 cases of DR were not found fracture, MSCT can clearly show that 29 cases of simple fracture, comminuted fracture in 6 cases, complex fracture in 5 cases. VR reconstruction showed that there were 33 simple fractures without displacement, 10 linear fractures with displacement, 8 complex fractures and 9 comminuted fractures. Conclusion MSCT can confirm the type, scope and degree of nasal fracture, and provide a reliable basis for clinical diagnosis and forensic identification.
