不等高墩多跨连续刚构桥合龙前预顶力的确定较为复杂。对于n跨连续刚构桥,采用影响矩阵法,构建n-2个预顶力和n-1个主墩位移的矛盾方程组,应用最小二乘法对其进行求解。以贵州省某高速公路上多跨连续刚构桥为例,利用有限元程序进行顶推力的求解,计算顶推施工对该桥在恒载和10年收缩、徐变作用下的主墩变形与内力、主梁变形与内力影响。分析表明:采用合适的力水平顶推后解决了高温合龙问题,改善了主墩变形和受力,减小了主梁跨中挠度。应用本方法计算得到的预顶力能满足安全施工和运营阶段的正常使用要求。
The unequal high pier multi-span continuous rigid frame bridge before closing the pre-top determination is more complicated. For the n-span continuous rigid frame bridge, the influence matrix method is used to construct the contradictory equations of n-2 pre-thrusts and n-1 displacements of the main pier, which are solved by the least square method. Taking a multi-span continuous rigid frame bridge on an expressway in Guizhou Province as an example, the finite element program was used to calculate the thrust force and the deformation of the main pier under constant load and ten years of shrinkage and creep Internal Force, Main Girder Deformation and Internal Force Influence. The analysis shows that: Adopting the appropriate force level to push back and solve the problem of high temperature snapping up, the deformation and force of the main pier are improved, and the midspan deflection of the main girder is reduced. The pre-top force calculated by this method can meet the normal requirements of safety construction and operation.
