目的：为了寻找具有血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗活性的新类型化合物。方法：我们设计合成了十种新异喹啉生物碱类化合物，在结构鉴定工作中我们对其进行了质谱研究。快原子轰击质谱，电子流轰击质谱。结果：发现了一些新的裂解规律。结论：在这类化和物的结构鉴定工作中质谱起着重要作用
OBJECTIVE: To search for new types of compounds with angiotensin II receptor antagonistic activity. Methods: We designed and synthesized ten new isoquinoline alkaloids, and we performed mass spectrometry studies on their structures. Fast atom bombardment mass spectrometry, electron flow bombardment mass spectrometry. Results: Some new lysis patterns were found. Conclusion: Mass spectrometry plays an important role in the structural identification of these compounds
