探讨了等离子体质谱 (ICP -MS)测定碳酸盐岩痕量稀土元素中基体效应及稀土元素间干扰 ,采用模拟碳酸盐岩样品中稀土元素天然组成比值的校正溶液 ,对稀土元素间的干扰具有明显的抑制作用 ,利用1 1 5In - 1 0 3Rh双内标校正系统 ,有效地抑制了分析信号的动态漂移 ,建立了碳酸盐岩中超痕量稀土元素的ICP -MS分析方法。方法检出限为 (0 .1~ 1 .2 6)ng/g ,RSD≤1 5% (n =5)。用碳酸盐岩标准物质GBW 0 71 0 8和碳酸盐岩管理样分析验证 ,测定结果与标准值符合
The matrix effect and inter-rare earth inter-element interference (ISE) in trace rare earth elements (REE) in carbonate rocks were investigated by ICP-MS. The calibration solution was used to simulate the natural composition ratio of rare earth elements in carbonate samples. Interference was obviously inhibited. The 1 15In - 1 0 3Rh double internal calibration system was used to effectively suppress the dynamic drift of the signal, and an ICP-MS method was established for the determination of trace amounts of rare earth elements in carbonate rocks. The detection limit of the method was (0.1-1.26) ng / g, RSD≤1 5% (n = 5). Carbonate rock standard GBW 0 71 0 8 and carbonate rock management sample analysis and verification, the measured results are in accordance with the standard values
