基于盐溶液冷冻脱盐的基本原理,实验研究了冷冻脱盐、重力脱盐和离心脱盐的规律。结果表明,冷冻脱盐率随结冰质量比的增加先增大后减小,且冷冻温度越高脱盐效果越好,冷冻脱盐率最高能达到35%左右;而经过重力作用能使脱盐率提高到95%以上,且环境温度的升高有助于重力脱盐;离心时间对离心脱盐率的影响不明显,当离心机的转速从500 r/min增加到1 500 r/min时,离心脱盐率从30%左右迅速增加到80%以上。淡水产率是影响重力脱盐和离心脱盐的重要因素,离心脱盐是重力脱盐的加速过程。
Based on the basic principle of salt solution freezing and desalting, the law of freezing and desalting, gravity desalting and centrifugal desalting were experimentally studied. The results showed that the rate of desalination increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of the mass ratio of icing, and the higher the freezing temperature, the better the desalination efficiency was. The maximum desalination rate reached about 35%, while the desalination rate increased to 95%, and the increase of ambient temperature contributes to gravity desalination. The centrifugal time has no obvious effect on the desalination rate. When the centrifuge speed increases from 500 r / min to 1500 r / min, the centrifugal desalination rate decreases from About 30% quickly increased to more than 80%. Freshwater yield is an important factor affecting gravity desalination and centrifugal desalination. Centrifugal desalination is the acceleration of gravitational desalination.
