《唐律疏议》是唐代的一部代表性法典,其律文中包含了针对文书驿传违法犯罪行为的相关规定,涉及驿使稽程、托人代送、不按规定遣驿、误投文书、擅自增乘驿马等多个方面。《唐律疏议》对文书驿传违法犯罪行为的处罚措施具有以下三个特点:根据行为所造成的后果量刑;根据过失责任量刑;根据文书紧急或重要程度量刑。
