目的:分析综合康复疗法治疗脑瘫患儿的临床效果。方法:选取我院收治的120例脑瘫患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(60例)和治疗组(60例),对照组给予药物治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予综合康复疗法治疗,比较两组治疗效果和治疗前后Barthel指数评分情况。结果:治疗组的总有效率95%显著优于对照组75%;两组治疗后Ba rthel指数评分明显高于治疗前,且治疗组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:综合康复疗法治疗脑瘫患儿疗效显著,可显著减轻患儿肢体运动障碍及残障,改善其生存质量。
Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on children with cerebral palsy. Methods: A total of 120 patients with cerebral palsy admitted in our hospital were selected as study subjects. They were randomly divided into control group (60 cases) and treatment group (60 cases). The control group was given drug treatment. The treatment group was given comprehensive rehabilitation therapy The curative effect and Barthel index score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95%, which was significantly better than that of the control group (75%). The Ba rthel index scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those of the control group before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05 ). Conclusion: Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy for children with cerebral palsy significant effect, can significantly reduce limb movement disorders and disabilities, improve their quality of life.
