目的通过三黄凝胶的抗炎实验研究,分析三黄凝胶治疗痤疮的作用机制。方法通过平板法检测三黄凝胶对痤疮丙酸杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌体外抑菌圈的有无及大小;检测三黄凝胶对琼脂所致大鼠肉芽肿形成的影响;检测三黄凝胶对醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性的影响。结果三黄凝胶在体外能有效抑制痤疮丙酸杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌的生长;三黄凝胶各剂量组可减少大鼠肉芽肿的生长,具有抑菌作用;三黄凝胶各剂量组对小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高均有抑制作用,可减少炎性渗出。结论三黄凝胶治疗痤疮的作用机制可能是通过抑制和减少皮肤炎症,减轻痤疮的炎性反应,从而阻断痤疮的形成。
OBJECTIVE: To study the anti-inflammatory experimental study of Sanhuang gel and analyze the mechanism of Sanhuang gel in treating acne. Methods The tablet was used to detect the presence and size of antibacterial rings of Sanhuang gel against P. acnes, Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus epidermidis in vitro. The effect of Sanhuang Gel on granuloma formation induced by agar was detected. The effect of Sanhuang Gel on peritoneal capillary permeability of mice induced by acetic acid. Results Three yellow gel in vitro can effectively inhibit the growth of Propionibacterium acnes, Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis; three yellow gel dose groups can reduce the growth of rat granuloma with antibacterial effect; Each dose of glue on mice increased peritoneal capillary permeability inhibition, can reduce inflammatory exudation. Conclusion The mechanism of Sanhuang gel in the treatment of acne may be to prevent the formation of acne by inhibiting and reducing the skin inflammation and relieving the inflammatory reaction of acne.
