为了适应我国蘑菇罐头的大量生产,迫切需要一种能快速,有效地评定镀锡板耐蚀性的方法。本工作采用了线性极化和电偶测量技术,在特制的蘑菇汤中,在室温常压下,通纯氩赶氧,测定了四种热浸铁及二种经钝化的电素铁的年腐蚀率,并测定二种电素铁的钝化膜对锡的偶合电流,以评定其耐蚀性能的优劣。其测定结果与后来的实罐试验有良好的相应关系,从而说明这二种电化学测试方法,对于评定适用于蘑菇罐头的镀锡板的耐蚀性能是一种有效的方法。
In order to meet the mass production of canned mushrooms in our country, there is an urgent need for a method that can quickly and effectively evaluate the corrosion resistance of tinplate. This work uses a linear polarization and galvanic couple measurement technology, in a special mushroom soup, at room temperature and pressure, pure argon oxygen, measured four hot-dip iron and two passivated ferrite Year corrosion rate, and the determination of two kinds of ferroelectrochemical passivation film of tin coupling current, in order to assess the pros and cons of corrosion resistance. The results of the determination and subsequent real tank test have a good corresponding relationship, indicating that these two electrochemical test methods for the evaluation of corrosion resistance of tin plate canned mushrooms is an effective method.
