营养伴随着人的一生,是生命健康的物质基础,而健康饮食是保证合理营养的唯一途径。在生命的每一个阶段,合理营养的意义都不容忽视。少年儿童时期是人生发育的高峰期,这一时期摄入的营养除了要维持机体新陈代谢以外,还得有适量的储存,以保证继续生长发育的需求。一旦错过了合理营养这一重要时期,将会给少年儿童的身体发育和健康成长造成不可弥补的损失。营养良好的少年儿童,生长、发育和各种能力的提高都会更好一些。然而,我们也不得不承认,中小学生的健康还存在一些不容忽视的问题,而这与孩子们的饮食习惯有着密切的关系。为此,中国青少年研究中心“中国城市少年儿童生活习惯研究”课题组特别调查了城市少年儿童的饮食习惯,调查集中在长春、北京、上海、广州、兰州、成都六大城市,调查对象为8岁~13岁的儿童,即小学三至六年级、中学初一、初二的学生,同时还对他们的父母或其他长辈进行了调研,共获得学生有效问卷2498份、学生家长有效问卷2471份。研究发现,中小学生在饮食方面存在四大误区。

To this end, the research group of China Youth Center for Study on Life Habit of Chinese Children in Cities has specially investigated the eating habits of urban children and adolescents. The survey focused on the six major cities of Changchun, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Lanzhou and Chengdu with 8 Children aged 13 to 13, ie, students in grades three through six, primary and secondary schools, also conducted research on their parents or other elders, obtaining 2498 valid questionnaires, 2471 valid questionnaires for parents of students, . The study found that primary and secondary students in the diet there are four errors.
