用稀ＨＣｌ作介质，利用稳定悬浊液的吸光特性，建立了制剂中甲硝唑的新的双波长分光光度测定法。结果与药典方法一致。
Using dilute HCl as the medium, a new dual-wavelength spectrophotometric method for the determination of metronidazole in the preparation was established by using the light absorption characteristics of the stable suspension. The results are consistent with the pharmacopoeia.
