对转 Bt棉 GK-19和转 Bt美棉 BG-15 60进行了室内生测和大田调查。结果显示 ,室内生测两Bt棉品系对棉铃虫的抗性随组织器官和生育期的不同而变化。总体上 ,繁殖器官的抗性效率大于其它器官 ,7月份的抗性水平显著高于 8月和 9月 ;田间调查 ,在对照田第 3和 4代棉铃虫高峰虫量百株 14头和 2 8头密度下 ,Bt棉 GK-19和 BG-15 60对第 3和 4代棉铃虫的控制效果分别为 86.2 1%、87.89%、93 .10 %和 92 .19%。表明长江中游棉区转 Cry1A基因棉花对棉铃虫的田间种群数量亦有很强的控制作用。
Indoor bioassays and field surveys were conducted on Bt cotton GK-19 and Bt US cotton BG-1560. The results showed that the resistance of two Bt cotton lines to H. armigera changed with the growth of organs and growth stages. In general, the resistance of reproductive organs was greater than that of other organs, and the level of resistance in July was significantly higher than that in August and September. In the field survey, in the control field, The control effects of Bt cotton GK-19 and BG-15 60 on the 3rd and 4th generations of H. armigera at 8 heads were 86.2 1%, 87.89%, 93.10% and 92.19%, respectively. This indicated that the transgenic cotton plants in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River also had a strong control effect on the population of cotton bollworm.
