近年来时有发生的中小学生辍学逃学、轻生、暴力指向家庭等悲剧事件,使得青少年心理素质成为全社会密切关注的大问题。本文从家庭、学校、社会等方面分析了初中生心理健康问题产生的原因及体育活动对初中生心理健康的影响,提出了具体的建议与对策。
In recent years, primary and secondary school students have often dropped out of school to escape from school, commit suicide and violence toward families. Tragic events have made the psychological quality of adolescents a big issue that the whole society pays close attention to. This article analyzes the causes of junior middle school students’ psychological health problems and the impact of physical activities on the mental health of junior high school students from the aspects of family, school and society, and puts forward specific suggestions and countermeasures.
