被广泛应用于制冷和空调系统的翅片管式换热器,其性能和效率影响着整个系统,起着关键和决定性的作用。在流动状态下,通过对平直翅片管式换热器的传热性能和流动阻力特性的具体研究。结果表明:随着翅片间距的不同大小变化和管排数的变化,传热和流动的强化效果也随之改变;Re数在350左右时,传热性能和流动特性的差距很小;在Re数较高的情况下,变化较明显,流动情况相对复杂一些。
Finned tube heat exchangers, which are widely used in refrigeration and air conditioning systems, have a key and decisive role in their performance and efficiency affecting the overall system. In the flowing state, the heat transfer performance and flow resistance characteristics of the flat-finned tube heat exchanger were studied. The results show that the strengthening effect of heat transfer and flow changes with the change of fin spacing and tube row number. The difference of heat transfer and flow characteristics is small when the Re number is about 350. In the case of higher Re number, the change is obvious, and the flow situation is relatively complicated.
