目的探讨Caveolin-1、P63及CK34βE12蛋白在前列腺癌(Pca)中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学(SP)法检测59例Pca、15例高级别前列腺上皮内瘤变(HGPIN)、11例低级别前列腺上皮内瘤变(LG-PIN)、7例非典型性腺瘤样增生(AAH)、10例基底细胞增生(BCH)、69例前列腺良性增生(BPH)标本中的Caveolin-1和P63及CK34βE12蛋白的表达情况。结果 Pca、HGPIN、LGPIN、AAH、BCH、BPH中Caveolin-1阳性表达率依次为69.49%、40.00%、45.45%、28.57%、30.00%、8.70%,P63阳性表达率依次为8.47%、86.67%、90.91%、85.71%、90.00%、97.10%,CK34βE12阳性表达率依次为8.47%、93.33%、90.91%、100%、90.00%、95.65%。Caveolin-1、P63、CK34βE12抗原在Pca与其他病变之间的表达差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。Caveolin-1表达强弱与Pca的Gleason评分、临床分期相关(均P<0.05)。结论 Caveolin-1与Pca的发生、发展、侵袭、转移有关,联合检测Caveolin-1、P63及CK34βE12的表达将对Pca的早期诊断准确性、判断病情以及预后有一定临床指导意义。
Objective To investigate the expression of Caveolin-1, P63 and CK34βE12 in prostate cancer (Pca) and its clinical significance. Methods Fifty-nine cases of Pca, 15 cases of high-grade prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia (HGPIN), 11 cases of low-grade prostate cancer with intraepithelial neoplasia (LG-PIN) and 7 cases of atypical adenomatous hyperplasia were detected by immunohistochemistry (AAH), 10 cases of BCH and 69 BPH specimens. Results The positive rates of Caveolin-1 in Pca, HGPIN, LGPIN, AAH, BCH and BPH were 69.49%, 40.00%, 45.45%, 28.57%, 30.00% and 8.70%, respectively. The positive rate of P63 was 8.47% and 86.67% , 90.91%, 85.71%, 90.00% and 97.10% respectively. The positive rate of CK34βE12 was 8.47%, 93.33%, 90.91%, 100%, 90.00% and 95.65% respectively. The expressions of Caveolin-1, P63 and CK34βE12 antigen between Pca and other lesions were significantly different (all P <0.05). The expression of Caveolin-1 was correlated with Pca Gleason score and clinical stage (all P <0.05). Conclusions Caveolin-1 is associated with the occurrence, development, invasion and metastasis of Pca. The joint detection of Caveolin-1, P63 and CK34βE12 expression will be of clinical significance in the early diagnosis of Pca, judgment of disease and prognosis.
