本文以核桃壳为原料,利用其中丰富的纤维素和木质素,经过预处理得到固态粉末,使其与固体酸在不同的操作条件下进行乙酰丙酸合成的实验研究,最终得到制备乙酰丙酸的最佳实验条件。利用这些设计与操作,旨在寻找秸秆的替代品,开发一条新的制备乙酰丙酸的途径来提高乙酰丙酸的产率,缓解乙酰丙酸的需求压力,在一定程度上节约林业资源。
