为写人才市场的报道,我常走沪上的劳务和人才市场。那是今年盛夏的一次采访,我被一群大龄女性围住了。她们向我呐喊,向我泣诉,叹世道为何对她们如此不公平。她们因年纪大,技能差被正在整顿中的企业刷下来。她们问如何才能找到职业,哪里有她们干的工作?这次采访给我的印象是深刻的,面对那么多渴望的脸,我只有以大实话相告了。 迎头赶上,重新学习迫在眉睫。有些招聘单位的条件似乎对大龄且又能力平平的女性苛刻了些,如年龄20—30岁,文化程度大专以上,有专业工作两年以上的实践。而大多数大龄应聘女性则年龄均在35—47岁间,且学历低,专业技能差。企业归并后,大多失去了她们原来依附的母体,难怪她们来到偌大招聘会场,被花花绿绿的告示弄得眩晕,感到自己被时代列
To write reports on the talent market, I often go to Shanghai’s labor market and talent market. It was an interview this summer, I was surrounded by a group of older women.
