建设社会主义新农村是我国现代化进程中的重大历史任务,是统筹城乡发展和以工促农、以城带乡的具体化,是遏止城乡差距拉大趋势、扩大农村市场需求的根本出路,是解决“三农”问题、全面建设小康社会的重大战略举措。本文从建设社会主义新农村的原因、内容、意义和存在的问题,以及一些政策建议进行了论述。
The construction of a new socialist countryside is a major historical task in the process of modernization in our country. It is an overall solution to the development of urban and rural areas and the promotion of agriculture by industry and urbanization with urbanization. It is a fundamental solution to curbing the widening gap between urban and rural areas and expanding rural market demand. To solve the “three rural issues” and building a moderately prosperous society, a major strategic move. This article discusses the reasons, contents, significance and existing problems of building a new socialist countryside as well as some policy suggestions.
